Analysis:
The results are in, and it would seem that most of you (62.5% to be exact) feel we do indeed deserve Wolverine. This despite the fact that he was tortured by our black ops and made into a living weapon against his will. Not to mention that he abandoned his home and native land in search of a better life in the land of opportunity. We may all be feeling the euphoria of a well-deserved post-Olympic high, but facts are facts. Then again, Canadian heroes like William Shatner and Jim Carrey are also American, so what’s one more added to the pile? You never know -- after so many years living abroad, he’s more than qualified to lead the Liberal party. Sometimes our mutants do come home.
Should the CBC Publish Its Ratings?
Analysis:
Only four votes? This could possibly be the first or second lowest voter turnout in our nation's history. Was it because we didn't say "Hey Canada?" We thought you might be a little tired of that by now. A very localized demographic indeed, and yet those who support obliging the CBC to prove their claims of popularity are in a clear 3:1 majority. Most mysterious is the "phantom vote", bringing the total number of votes to five. A black-ops agent, trying to sway public opinion, or the restless dead trying to right an injustice so that their soul can finally find peace, you decide. Either way, the polls are still open, folks.
